The commander of the military group G.U.N. is a firm leader. He has the odd trait of two different colored eyes. Like Maria the Commander grew up on the ARK. However when the military attacked he left the ARK.
What happened to him after that is unknown, but the result is that he became the man in charge of the Military, answering only to the president.

The Commander has believed all his life that the ARK was closed down because of Shadow, and he is determindly not resting until Shadow is dead.
