Hey people. Been a while since I got the new layout up. And I have been hard at work setting stuff up.

So what's new? I have gotten two submission sections setup and fully operational. You can submit your youtube video of Sonic. You can also help keep our new Character Profiles section up to date.

Members can update the profiles or even create new profiles for characters that are not in the database.

And a treat just for you people, you can also upload information (and an image) for your own Sonic FAN Characters now too. They are listed separately from the normal profiles, click on the Fan Character listing from the Character Profiles page.

BIG thanks to Kurokari for helping get the new Character Profiles section up. She transfered most of the profiles from the old system to the new automated one.

The Terms of Service has been updated to incorperate the new submission system.

Remember, you must be logged on to use the submission tools. To log in on the BGS you simply login on the D-Pad Network forum.

Torn down and put back together again the BGS has returned better then ever.


For the past two months I have been working on remaking the BGS from scratch. If you had any old pages bookmarked you will need to update them as the BGS runs out of one page now.

The new layout is very dynamic, and will be bringing the BGS closer to its new motto


But there is more to BGS then its fancy new skin, or rather its fancy 12 new skins. There two default skins, one light and one dark for members to choose what they wish. There are also a large number of character based skins and if you want you can go back to the old look with the 'classic' skin.

On D-Pad Network the BGS serves as the fan creation area. It is a Sonic Fan Site to serve the sonic fans themselves by showing their work.

That's right, the BGS is becoming a submission site for numerous types of fan works. It has been my dream for a long time for the BGS to be a community based site. Finally that dream is being realized.

Submissions available for the members include
-Fan Games
-Fan Made Wallpapers
-Fan Comics
-Flash Movies
-And a video listing

More can come later too.

If you are a member of the forum and logged in you will log into the BGS site too. When logged in you will be able to submit content and even participate in a new program on the BGS starting soon. No use of e-mail required for submissions, its all taken care on the site itself now.

The shoutbox has been remade from the ground up. It is once again open to all guests unless you have landed yourself a BAN in the past. There is now BB code available as well as a large array of emoticons on the way.

Sadly the new format is not 100% operation however work is continuing swiftly. Video submissions should be available by the end of the week, more coming as soon as possible after that.

BIG update for Knuckles Treasure Hunt.

Now presenting version 1.20

I've fixed so many bugs I lost track of how many.

If all goes as planned there should be only one more update to Knuckles Treasure Hunt. That is when it is connected to the D-Pad Games Database.


If you find any bugs please alert me in the shoutbox before the final update.

I have fixed every bug I could find
Here are some significant ones
- No longer invisible in the Chao Garden
- Reverse gravity climbing in Death Egg fixed
- Credits now play properly
- Scoring system has been completely reworked so that the harder difficulties give more points then easier ones.
- You can no longer drill dive and go through the floor in the left pipe in Hidden Palace
- Invisible fish no longer hurt in HydroCity

There are a truckload more of patched bugs but these are the big ones.
